I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Greenville, SC) in Sep 2008

Interview

Really easy and laid back, had taken lifeguard class at the same YMCA and already knew most of the employees. I was asked a few situational lifeguard questions, and cpr, first aid. Sports staff there wasn't really an interview, just made sure I was not an idiot and was a presentable person.
