Hiring process was not very extensive. The questions were very straightforward, asking only about prior experience and responses to various situations with students. There were 4 people asking questions to one interviewee, but everyone was very laid back and made it a comfortable experience.

Not very rigorous, pretty easy and laid back. Didn’t ask too many questions, didn’t really need too many qualifications, interested more in schedule and availability. Wage didn’t seem to be too high so not sure It I will take the job

Interview
Quite easy, no harder than the average interview. Everyone was courteous, professional and polite. I definitely would not mind interviewing with the company again. They asked insightful questions and was clear about the duties that come with the role I was applying for.

Interview
The hiring process included an online application to be filled. Then, a screening phone interview with the business manager. Once finished, an in person interview was set up with the main coordinator for the children’s program coordinator.
