VERY simple hiring process. Basically just asked if I liked working with children and if I had any experience with taking care of small children and infants. Asked if I was CPR certified (which is required). Asked what schedule I could work, and if it would conflict with my schooling or not.

It was awesome! We had to lead a song for some kids and then we had to make a craft out of supplies that they gave us. We had to also right about out character. The overall experience is great
