Interview
You first have to turn in the application and then you wait until you receive a phone call or email from the director who then schedules an interview. The group interview engages you unlike normal interviews to see if your personality fits their needs. There is a short period of time and then you either receive an email with job acceptance or declination.

If you were given two dodgeballs, 3 cones, a net and some hula hoops what kind of game could you create in 10 minutes?
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
