      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) in Jun 2010

      Interview

Hiring manager was very eager to get someone on board. When her assistant contacted me, I was very suprised as to the amount of information she was willing to give me, such as how many candidates they had narrowed it down to as well as sent me a copy of the full job description and the Branch strategic plan to help prepare for the interview. They had narrowed the field down to 2 candidates and 1 round of interviews. The interview panel was very nice and non- intimidating, especially since there were 6 of them.
