Fairly easy for me. I have a lot of experience in running a B&A program. Be prepared for a lot of scenarios. At least 2 Program Directors and you in a room.

Calm, easy to understand and an extremely welcoming environment filled with people who loved what they do and were willing to help me get comfortable. They were open and honest about the job which made me feel extremely welcomed and valued.
