The interview process was set up in a group situation where we had to go through lessons we would give the kids. Overall we had a great time going through all of the activities but we weren't asked individual questions

Myra was great! She made me feel welcomed and asked important and thought provoking questions. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to interview me. She asked me questions very relevant to a job where one works with kids, such as ones about safety ajd what to do when there is conflict, and cared about every answer I gave.

What is your biggest strength and your biggest weakness?
it was a very easy interview process, there were two people at my interview who asked questions. they asked a few questions about what i would do if dealing with a difficult child.
