Full process had three steps: 1. 20-30 minute recruiter screen, 2. 45 minute panel interview, 3. 30 minute 1:1 interview with VP of HR. The recruiter screen had basic questions: examples - "Tell me about yourself", "Tell me about a time when you had to push back", and "Tell me about something you're really proud of." The panel interview consisted of exactly 7 questions and had 3 team members. The recruiter was very kind, but lacked in providing transparent communication and timely updates. For example, he did not communicate who I would be meeting with during the panel. Additionally, his boss had to send me a Zoom link. After I concluded my interviews, I followed up with the recruiter 2x to check in and see if there was an updated or feedback, and received no response. Candidate experience matters - people remember how you made them feel and the lack of communication left me feeling very underwhelmed.
