During my interview I was Asked if I had experience in fitness industry and if I could help with increased memberships. They needed help with memberships as they saw a great decrease.

Simple and Easy. I did not really have an interview when I was hired. Because I am a licensed Zumba instructor I was able to take the position without an interview. Not complicated.
