Went through a phone screen with hiring manager and a second round panel interview. Ghosted my candidacy and never heard back after investing 3+ weeks into the process. Process included a phone screen, an initial panel interview, a secondary panel interview, and a final in person interview.

Very fair and A good sense of opportunities for all employees and I like the atmosphere of the questions. Lots of room for discussion as well as just Q&A They seem to listen to my answers and asked me things about my lifestyle as well as just work related which was nice and felt like they actually cared about their employees

It was unconventional, very tedious, it made me think . I had to do lots of research and even look at myself as an employee. I was very thankful for that type of interview.
