The interview process consisted of three steps
the first interviews aimed to illustrate the vacancy and relative job because I hadn't applied for a specific job.
I was informed about the The Fork activity and brief survey on the job position and my expectations.
The second step was an interview with the HR Manager. I talked about my work experiences in Wikicasa.it, ProntoPro.it, Unicef. I had the opportunity in this phase to describe my skills and my knowledges as an inside sales.
The third interview with the Sales Manager aimed to test my negotiation skills and the ability to entertain a good relationship with the customer.
