It was a phone screening and then two interviews, one with Joao-HR and one with two TMs from the team, all in mid-July. Questions about my experience, some role-play questions and a lot of information about how good the company is and how great the people who work there are. They told me that my profile fit and that they wanted to have me but that they would move the start of onboarding to September due to the difficulties generated in summer, so that they would contact me in August.
They never contacted me again or responded to any of my emails.
It is disappointing that they do not value the time invested and that they do teenage ghosting.
