I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2017
Interview
Applied online with an employee referral in the beginning of April. Got an interview with the recruiter a couple of weeks later, which went well. Then had a phone call with the hiring manager, who decided to bring me in for an in-person interview. That was at the beginning of May. Met with two employees, an HR generalist, and the hiring manager one on one for half hour each. The manager said I would hear back in two weeks or so. After than, COMPLETE SILENCE. HR recruiter (who I was told was my point of contact) completely avoided all of my follow up emails and phone calls, even when I asked for information regarding sending thank you emails to the interviewers. After two months of calling, she finally answered the phone once to tell me they had made a decision that day and I wasn't picked. I asked for feedback and was never given any, never received an official email saying I wasn't selected. This company's HR is either entirely unprofessional or completely incompetent. Sadly I think it's both.

Question 1
Name a time you optimized something, how do you handle disputes with coworkers, why do you think I should pick you for this job over the other candidates, what is your best and worst quality, three words to describe yourself.
The interview was fairly difficult and involved asking about my current work habits and how I approach each situation. They definitely want to see clear and exact processes. Make sure to have questions memorized.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews in ten days. Standard behavioral questions. Received a positive feedback: HR said there would have been a third interview in few days. They never called back, I would say ghosting at its finest.
