I applied in-person. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Brno) in Aug 2019
Interview
Main minus : The whole recruitment process lasted for 2 months, which is just too long! It took weeks from the interview to a company response.
The interviewers could not answer position-related questions. But potential colleagues were really nice and friendly, I guess the main problem is of internal communication and HR issues.

Went for the interview through campus placement. Interview was offline and conducted at their office. The first round consisted of questions on coding, dbms and projects mentioned in resume. Interviewers were helpful.
Interview was straightforward and pleasant as far as software interviews go. Group interview with the team who then reviews and comes to a collective decision on whether to hire you.
