It was pretty quick. I had a phone screen, phone interview, and a panel interview with the team. Everyone i spoke with was very friendly and feedback after each step was within a couple day.

My first round was scheduled with Project Manager from the US, it was panel of 3 Members from the team. They asked few questions on my past work, gave me situation based scenarios - and asked me what I would do. Once I was selected in this round my next round was with India manager and 1 technical lead. Later I got call from HR I am selected and moving my application to offer status.

It is probably dependent on the hiring manager. In my case, the interview was fast, decision was made quickly. They are not here to waste your time or interview you just to hit an interview quota KPI.

Started interviewing in May, had 7 interviews then got the job offer in August. The first interview was with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, then one with everyone on the team individually, then the hiring manager again and then my recruiter called me and asked if I was interested then I met with the hiring manager again to get the ob offer.
