Good. Simple and realistic interview. They check on Functional, Technical depth and Role model Leadership principles. Science domain is not a barrier for Digital or IT teams as most of the teams seems to have Science experts like POs or Product Managerd who translates the needs of the customers/products. Very open in answering all the queries about the company, benefits, performance management process
