The interview process consisted of a call from the recruiter then a 30 minute zoom call, then a ~1 hour in person interview.
Zoom Call
Pretty basic, everyone was very friendly and the questions were fairly standard. They were trying to fill the position quickly and said they would get back to me about an in person interview within a couple of days.
In Person
The in-person interview started with a building tour and overview of the position. It was a little nerve racking in the next step as it was a full team interview. The questions felt very all over the place as each person has a list of questions that seemed to come from a generic list that shows up when you google "good interview questions". It was a pretty friendly environment nonetheless. At the end of the interview the manager let me know that they would get back to me by the end of the week. I felt very confident in my interview and thought I was a good candidate. I was then ghosted and never heard from them again. I followed up at the end of the week and still received no response.
Notes
They seem to contract to a company that then contracts to a bunch of other contractors for their recruiting. The staff at the company seemed to all share the sentiment that the process was broken and provided negative experiences, so that very well may be where the no response issue came from. I did have the managers email and communicated with them directly for the scheduling and follow up emails.
