I applied for a position in my area of expertise, and my application was under review for over three months before I decided to withdraw it. In the meantime, I applied for various roles in other fields where I also have experience. Recently, I received updates on these applications, stating that I do not meet the minimum criteria for the roles, despite knowing that I am qualified. I find this response very discourteous.
