Submitted my CV to the company. I was then invited to on-site last stage at the Birmingham site. Prior to interview, I was told to prepare a 15 min presentation on scale-up chromatography resin, followed up by competency & technical questions. Prompted the interviewers for a lab site tour, whilst I was there. Was told I would receive feedback whether I was success or not - but I never got any. Also, I got ghosted for 2.5 weeks, not a word nothing - only after I sent an email they said I was unsuccessful.
