Terrible recruitment team. I got sent three times to interview, I accept the soonest time. When the date comes, I get told they will have to reschedule a few hours before interview. Then I am told they will reach out when they have another available time. I have reached out twice and still no response on a time when. All they tell me is to wait and they will give me another date. Mind you they cancelled the appointment due to an error of overbooking. It is sad because this was my highest priority role, because I always dreamed about working at Thermo Fisher. Now I will probably go else where because no rescheduled interview time even a week after being cancelled on hours before. Yet, they tell me to keep waiting even though before they offered multiple times slots to fill. I am utterly disappointed by the recruitment teams lack of communication, attention, and care.
