Describe a time when you had a disagreement with someone and how you resolved it.
I did not have a chance to go through the interview. The reason was I was an international student, and they did not want to deal with sponsorship issues. I couldn't explain that I don't need sponsorship for at least a couple of years, so the interview just ended with that question.
