First I did a basic phone screen from a recruiter that set up an interview with their HR. After I meet with HR I had an interview with the hiring manager and then with a panel. Communication was very poor, but they were kind when I spoke to someone. The whole process took about 2 months and in the end, I was ghosted after the hiring manager said they would get back to me shortly. It's unfortunate that companies who pride themselves on treating everyone with respect end up not. A basic boilerplate rejection email is the absolute least you can do when someone gets that far in the process.
