Very smooth, basic interview questions. Why you want to work here, why you are a good fit, elaborate resume, etc. The interviewer was very nice. Didn't think too much about it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY) in Jun 2026
Interview
I never write reviews on here, but thought this one was necessary. I interviewed for Third Bridge in NYC. Someone from the Dallas office interviewed me. It was extremely uncomfortable. The person interviewing me was not conversational at all and seemed miserable to be on the call before we even started talking. After every question it was silent for 10 seconds. Felt like I was getting tested rather than interviewed. Not friendly at all. Also was asking more questions about the pre interview simulation than anything else. If that’s how someone acts who’s job is to interview and speak to people Third Bridge is not somewhere I would want to be and I am not saying this just because they did not move me forward.
3 rounds in total. Interviewers and HR are helpful. There's gonna be a job shadowing at round 2 to assess how you deal with cold call, rejections, etc. The role is heavily client-facing and cold calling/reaching out to expert.
easy case study in depth to make sure you are knowledge and can speak to things. Also included you to do a pitch as if you were talking to your client and selling a expert to them.
