I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
Initially, the process seemed smooth. I applied through my college portal, and one week later got a call for a phone screening. The call went well and I was invited to New York for their Super Day. My interview was supposed to be on a Wednesday, but there was a big snow storm slated to arrive on that wednesday. When I asked if the interview would be pushed, they said no, so we scheduled a Skype interview. I get a call the morning of my Skype interview informing me that the interview would have to be pushed because of the snow storm. Terrible foresight! They also did not reimburse me for my original bus ticket that was booked and then canceled due to the storm. I was able to schedule an interview for two weeks ahead on another Super Day. The interviewers (2 rounds, 4 different people) were easy to talk to and helpful during the case study section. Unfortunately I did not get an offer but they felt the need to call me to let me know - an email would have sufficed!
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv

Interview
Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
