Interview
Overall the process was pretty straightforward.
Phone, then you speak with some people from the company.
However, one thing I did not care for. Was the interviewers seemed to have already chosen a candidate in their head.
The interviewers never called me by name, yawned from the minute I spoke, one interviewers was very late, and overall were multitasking.
While the company looks great, and from what I’ve read is very much a call center like job.
I was disappointed in the interviewers lack of manners.
Yawning in someone’s face, never once addressing them by name, looking away and being distracted the entire time. Is incredibly unprofessional and just rude in my opinion.
And I ask you to not let the fact that I didn’t get the job impact your view on my opinion.
I knew I didn’t get after the first couple of yawns. Maybe I’m boring lol, but just a heads up and don’t let it trip you up as it did me.
Good, not that hard.
The interview lasted for twenty to twenty five minutes and was fairly generic. I got cleared for second round of interviews but apparently the role closed down so I had to move on from it.

Great Interview Process, although quite hard I have to say. The first 2 rounds were great, but the case study round was more difficult than expected. All interviewers at each stage were lovely.

What was a time when you were given difficult feedback and how did you react to it?
Good experience with the process. The communication was very clear and quick respons. You also get in advance a lot of information about what the interview is going to be focusing on.
