Found the job advertised on milkround. Applied with CV an cover letter. Got contacted by their HR representative and was invited for a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of competency questions, pretty standard. She was very friendly and at the end of the interview I got invited to a face-to-face interview at their London office. In London I met with 4 people in two rounds of interviews. Questions similar to those in the phone interview but I had to answer a case question aswell.

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
