I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge
Interview
Telephone interview 2 weeks after the initial application. Asked standard questions on competencies and background. Then discussed Cognolink and the work they are involved in. Very positive experianced.
Interview at the offices ( they were flexible in adjusting to my busy schedule which is greatly appreciated) was relaxed and followed the competency based pattern. It was great to gain an insight into the work they do and i was impressed by the young and dynamic team. However i also realised that i would not find the work as stimulating as initially expected hence rejected the offer. Relatively easy case study comparing to e.g. Consultancies.
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY)
Interview
Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
