I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge in Jan 2015
Interview
My university had a posting stating Cognolink was hiring, and I submitted my resume and cover letter online. I was contacted the next day wanting to schedule a phone interview, and the phone interview was scheduled for a week later. The phone interview lasted about an hour. Two days later I got a call saying that they wanted to continue the interview process and invited me to their office in NY.
The face to face interview was basically a lot of situational type questions, with a case study at the end of the first round. Make sure you know your business terms well otherwise you might be rambling on about nonsense for awhile, which is what I did. The second round asked more questions about time management.
I got a call the following day saying that there was no offer for me, which I kind of expected.

Interview
Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
