I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Third Bridge (London, England) in Apr 2015
Interview
The initial interview was on the phone and consisted of 30 minutes of competency based questions. At the end of the call I was told that I had been invited to their offices for the second round of interviews.
The second round of interviews consisted of 2 hours of interviews with different members of the team; the first with 2 members who asked me competency questions and went through a case study with me, and the second with 2 different members of the team who went through a couple ore competency questions.
Overall it was a great experience and I thoroughly enjoyed the in-person interviews. Everyone was friendly and professional and you could tell there was a good atmosphere in the office. They were very open to answering my questions which I really appreciated. Two days later I received a call and was made an offer!
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv

Interview
Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
