Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Core competency questions on things like being competitive, time management, hitting targets and when things have gone wrong.
Final round case study will be heavily around the value chains model so make sure you revise that and know specific job titles as well. It’ll be split into three prongs, customer/supplier/procurement - given an example question you work through where you have to pick who would be the best stakeholder to speak to in these areas.
You’ll also be asked to do a mock call where you’re trying to book in a call with an expert, given a minute or so to think of a pitch and then you have to go in and convince them to take a call as early as possible (not too difficult but the main thing is not to take no for an answer, they want to see you pushback and be persistent to get it booked in) - remember you’re talking to another human being, you need to build relationships so make sure you let your personality shine through.
Final stage is a 15 minute “catch up call” - it’s described as this but it’s very much an interview - a lot of people fall down in this part.
They want to see your motivation for an associate role at TB specifically and want you to be hands on and not go into management - need to show your loyalty to the team you’re applying to as well.
I really enjoyed the interview process and the case study part especially was very well thought out. It’s a shame however as if the manager doesn’t like you in the last 15 mins you’ll get rejected no matter how well you’ve done throughout, which is a massive waste of everyone’s time - after 4 hours of interviewing you basically get judged on the last bit with biased feedback.
It generally takes 2 to 4 weeks and consists of 3 to 4 rounds: a recruiter screen, a mock call or case study, and final interviews with team leaders or VPs
Good, not that hard.
The interview lasted for twenty to twenty five minutes and was fairly generic. I got cleared for second round of interviews but apparently the role closed down so I had to move on from it.

Great Interview Process, although quite hard I have to say. The first 2 rounds were great, but the case study round was more difficult than expected. All interviewers at each stage were lovely.
