For fresher's the process includes:
1.Group introduction & resume shortlisting(please get a professional resume to increase ur chances)
2.Panel interview (2-3 people interview they will ask u questions relating to the subject & everything on ur resume)
3.Excel test (which is basically financial modeling based like calculating GP ratio, NP ratio,P/E ,Beta WACC, cash flow statement etc.
4.Again panel interview (this time one more senior will be in panel subject questions & questions relating to your resume like projects ,behaviour questions relating to working in a team ,prepare everything about finance )
