Emailed schedule from the then HR manager within a week of my followup to the then hiring manager who did not have to answer my email obligingly but anyway he did politely and concisely. Both of them conducted the interview. After the position was closed and then opened, pending within a short time though the then hiring manager knew what he was looking for during the interview.
