Thomson Reuters Front End Developer interview questions

Companies candidate selection process needs some work. All it came down to was if a potential candidate can solve a series of algorithms on 2 separate occasions without any practical testing or any discussion on my actual industry experience. The "paring" interview was literally answer these questions while we watch you over a camera which involved no actual pairing. I feel the interview process was a waste of time for both the candidate and the interviewer.
