Interview
I applied online and received an automated email to select available times for a video interview with someone in the marketing team. It would have been helpful to speak to someone from HR beforehand to give some more detail on the role rather than just having the job description to go on. I was expecting the interviewer to do this at the beginning but it went straight into interview questions. The interview was with someone in another marketing team & it’s a new role so not sure if they had thorough knowledge on the role. I asked if the role was to promote the new subscription service and they just said no and didn’t elaborate on what the role would be focused on. I found it very confusing.
