Interview
The hiring process was well arranged. HR personnel was friendly and helpful. At the initial stage, candidate will need to sit for several written test. Should the candidate be successful in the written test, he/she will be called for an interview. Prior to the interview, candidate will have to sit for a second round of written test. The third stage is a face-to-face interview, consisting of two to five interviewers.

The interview was mostly focused on NLP questions as they needed nlp enthusiasts for their thomson reuters lab. It was straight to the point, with no introductory questions and other informal questions. Requires knowledge of basic ML along with concepts of NLP

Interview
Interviewers didn't seem to have any understanding of the position they were interviewing for. Asked hypothetical research scenarios that just wouldn't ever happen. When I tried to explain research processes relating to these hypotheticals it was obvious they didn't understand. Didn't have any questions relating to my experience or skills and when I tried to bring things up I was told it wasn't relevant, but it was, they clearly just did not understand the role and what it entails.
