There were multiple rounds of interviews, all of which were conducted by telephone as this is a remote position. The first interview was with the person who would be my supervisor if hired, as well as with a person working in a role similar to the one for which I was interviewing. After this, I had a series of three additional interviews, each with two people at varying levels of the organization. I was then asked to prepare a writing sample in response to a prompt I was given, and then called for one final interview. The in-house recruiter responsible for filling this position was in communication with me throughout, making sure to answer my questions and to provide me updates as I progressed through the interviews. Throughout the process, it was made clear that the company wanted to be sure not only that I was a good fit for the role but that the role would be a good fit for me and that I would be happy/fulfilled in this position.
