I have 2.5 years of experience in mainframe development. I had an interview on 24th April. It was a 3 rounds of interview followed by HR round of discussion. The quality of questions was quite impressive. I had cleared all the rounds. We had a salary negotiation also. But I didn't get any response after that. Suggestions: They should send some feedback mail on the interview mentioning the reason why the candidate didn't get selected. So that he can work on that.
