The Interview Process was designed to ensure that the correct person was hired for the Job. The questions asked were geared toward understanding how the applicant can perform the tasks of the job the is being filled. The process started with an exam and an initial HR and Manager interview. It was then followed by a panel interview which was composed of the higher managers of the site. The last interview was done through conference call conducted on the company's amazing boardroom which was equipped with high speed video conferencing. The final panel of interviewers were counterparts and stakeholders of the position I was applying for and I loved that they questions were really geared in understanding me and my work ethics. We all know that resumes rarely provide good insight of the skills and knowledge that an applicant has but they made sure that their follow up questions allowed me to showcase my ability. Although it took a couple of weeks to get in this company, it was all worth it.
