The interview process is fairly intensive, but candidates are sent an email explaining the lengthy process at the beginning. The first round is a situational quiz that is meant to assess your strengths and is pretty simple. The next round is a video interview where you have to record answers to a pre-recorded video. As stated before, it can be awkward but a lot of companies are doing this so it's hard to avoid. Finally, if you make it to the final round you'll receive an email that covers dates, travel, etc. The superday is long and includes a lot of different activities and interviews. TR does a good job of breaking the day up and includes several informal opportunities to get to know the team on a more personal level. All in all, it was a rewarding process that definitely requires a lot of time and effort.
