I had one telephone round interview. Afterwards i had three face to face technical rounds. Each round lasted almost 40-60 mins. First two interviewer were very supportive and was giving me enough time to think and answer. HR discussion was done through telephonic discussion.

The process is very smooth, and HR are cooperative until you are being considered; after that, they won't reply to you Email. I was sick for one of the interviews, and they were very helpful with rescheduling.
