Interview
First interview was a phone interview. Great experience. They prepare you for the interview with an email with general info on what will be covered. After an initial phone interview. You will be scheduled for a 1:1 interview with a group manager. Generally a pleasant experience. Mostly open ended questions designed to give you an opportunity to elaborate on your experience. There are no "trick" questions. Interview is more like a conversation.

Interview
There was a Sr Trainer on the interview and throughout the entirety of the interview this lead seem uninterested and distracted through the whole interview. Was very distracting in itself seeing just half a face in the video interview with maybe a few glances of eye contact , but most of the time staring elsewhere. Was very uninviting and made me re-think about any future working with this person as my lead.
