I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Dexter, MI) in Feb 2009
Interview
Three interviews with managers, phone interview and meeting with the VP. You speak with HR a few times and they are pretty nice- asking you back ground questions and fielding out your personality. They pretty much farm for a type of person that fits their eco-structure. You are given personality tests as well to help them graft you to a manager and their coaching/management style.

Question 1
Each of the interviews are an hour long, back to back and then a meeting with the VP.. it's mentally exhausting because they run you through scenarios and ask a lot of situational questions.

Interview
It was structured like a basic interview, including the STAR response formatting. There was a lot of behavioral questions, and the interviewer was very nice. Overall, was not very "difficult" and was kept light.

I applied online. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Applied online. Recruiter offered a phone screen. I reached out to her, via phone. She became annoyed at me, and told me (sounding very angry/annoyed) that "she didn't want another long-winded answer", then asked a question about sales, that I did not understand and was robotic. She told me it wasn't going well, and I asked to be moved out of the talent database.predicated on that interaction.
