I was referred by a suppliers manager so my experience may be somewhat askew from the average interview process. That being said I found the hiring process somewhat disorganized.The manager who interviewed me was somewhat impersonal and did not convey a lot about the position I was interviewing for. As such I had thought the position was not going to be offered. Maybe the manager was just having a bad day! It was a Monday!
