Once I had submitted my CV, I received a call to tell me I had been short listed for the position. And would I be available for a 30 minute phone interview. After the phone interview was complete. I waited a number of days,to tell me I had been selected. The next stage was a formal panel interview,with the center manager and senior receptionist. this was an hour long. Once this was completed I then took a skills test on a PC.
