Ghosted! They reached out wanting to talk with me a couple of times over a few months. Each time I responded with interest I never heard back only once with a vague deflect type of answer. What! They initially contacted me.
Avoid. This is everything that is wrong with today's job market. They will hire a professional interviewer who hops jobs every 9-14 months and will then leave.

Conversation with the HR/Recruiting contact to discuss my background, ask role questions, overall culture at the company. Next conversation was with my future direct report which was helpful to ask their management style and their reason for joining the company (since they did about 6 months prior). I was then given the opportunity to speak with a current employee in the role to ask candid questions which really solidified my decision in accepting the position.
