Interview
The interview process was somewhat weird. I applied to ThoughtWorks to work on an entry level. The first step what setting a meeting via Skype. They asked me why did I started to code, what I liked, etc. They also asked me about my salary expectation, they mentioned that what I asked for 1.1k was too high for an entry level, in any case, they sent a solving exercise. solving a simple coding challenge based on a hotel reservation. It was very easy, but I guess that's what you get for entry level.
After that, they set up another interview and they mentioned it would involve social justice. I'm not far right person, but that kind of a mix between personal beliefs, political views, and my work, that wasn't for me. So I just started ghosting them. They only insisted on two more emails and that'd be all.
