The process took a little over a month and consisted of a video interview (recorded my responses), 2 phone interviews, and an onsite interview. I was truly hopeful about getting this position. The process was smooth, the team was wonderful and I fell in love once I visited the office. My only complaint about the process was the rejection notice. They sent me a standard rejection from their system. It felt cold and made me feel worthless. I assumed the person who took the lead on my process would send me a personal note, should I be rejected since I met them in person. I hope that in the future they will consider at least altering the rejection note for each candidate they bring on site and include a real person's signature. Overall, I am excited about where Pathway is going and would love to work there. I will still keep my eye out for future opportunities.
