I applied online. I received a call from a recruiter within a week and spoke with her for about 30 minutes about my qualifications and the position itself. I then received a call from the Area Manager about 3 days later for a video-interview which lasted about an hour. This interview went in more detail about the position, about the company, my experience/qualifications, potential start date and benefits/pay expectations. I received a call from the Lead at the hospital I applied for 2 days later and set up a phone interview (usually this is an in-person interview onsite, but was via phone during COVID-19). Our conversation lasted about 30 minutes and was more about my personality and how I handle situations at work/in hospital. We also went over many of the aspects of the position that I'd spoken with the recruiter and Area Manager about previously. I was contacted by the Area Manager later that day and was offered the position.
