They offered a relaxed, straightforward interviewing process with HR. I was contacted by email and was scheduled quickly for a preliminary interview. This focused on time management and screening for scheduling availability. After the interview, I received a detailed email describing bonus opportunities and pay structure. My second interview is pending with clinical director. Overall a good experience.

It was easy. The interviewer is a LCSW and that is who you will ultimately answer to. He was nice and friendly. I wish he would have been able to be my supervisor.
