Two people in the interview, asking me questions. They talked a lot about how great of a company it was. I was very excited and enjoyed working there at first. The training process was not very helpful. I had to basically learn it all on my own. They look for young people willing to work at lower wages. They hire easily and usually just want someone who is well-spoken and works well with others, especially clients.
